The exceptional properties of SECURLUX® are achieved through the multi-layer construction. Up to three polyester films bonded with clear laminate adhesive make the SECURLUX® extremely resistant to impact and breaking.
A scratch resistant coating protects the film from scratches.
A pressure sensitive mounting adhesive bonds the window pane and the SECURLUX® safety film, which then protects from glass splinters like a laminated windshield.
