Alloy Couplers

Our aluminium connector pipes are designed for demanding applications in motorsport, tuning and high-performance builds. Whether used in intercooler piping systems, cooling circuits, or air intake setups, these aluminium couplers provide reliability and durability under extreme conditions.

Each pipe features precision-formed beaded (rolled) ends. The approximately 1 mm raised bead ensures:

• maximum grip for silicone and rubber hoses

• secure fit of hose clamps

• reliable sealing under high boost pressure

• long-lasting performance in extreme environments

The high-gloss polished surface delivers a premium motorsport appearance while also offering excellent resistance against environmental influences.

• Available as straight pipes, 45° bends and 90° bends

• Beaded ends for improved hose retention

• Resistant to water, coolant, air, gases, alcohols and ozone

• Temperature resistant up to approx. 300°C

These aluminium pipes are perfectly compatible with silicone hoses and hose clamps available in our shop.
