Flexible interior mirror mounting for motorsport vehicles
Installing an interior mirror in a race car can be challenging, especially when the roll cage tube is positioned close to the vehicle roof. Conventional mirror mounts often offer limited space for installation and may not allow the mirror to be positioned exactly where the driver needs it.
The raceparts.cc® interior mirror mounting kit provides a practical solution for mounting a panoramic or wide-angle interior mirror directly to the roll cage. The design allows the mirror position to be adjusted to suit the individual cockpit and vehicle configuration.
The mounting kit is available for 40 mm and 45 mm roll cage tubes. With an adjustable range of 12.7 to 63.5 mm, the distance between the roll cage tube and the mirror can be adapted to the available space.
This makes the mounting kit suitable for a wide range of motorsport applications, including race cars, rally cars, track cars and competition vehicles equipped with a roll cage.
The kit is supplied with the required clamps and mounting hardware, making installation straightforward without the need to source additional basic mounting components separately.
